Southwest Florida resident since 1981. Inspired to become a Realtor in 2002, after a couple of years of investing in real estate, in both single family residents and multi family properties. And at that time a "new be" landlord & first home buyer. That gave me the desire to further education and with my personal experiences to help others invest and realize their real estate dreams.

Offering first home buyer's tips and supports. Helping the investor obtain the best return possible. Easing landlord's stress with my field experience of property management of 16 years.
